Kwiatkowski Soloes to Victory in Strade Bianche

23-year-old Polish national champion Michal Kwiatkowski (Team Omega Pharma-QuickStep) earlier this afternoon won Strade Bianche 2014, catapulting himself away from his breakaway companion Peter Sagan (Cannondale) in the final meters of the last climb. Sagan held on to finish second and Alejandro Valverde (Team Movistar - Canyon Bikes) finished third.

Kwiatkowski Crushes Volta ao Algarve Time Trial and Extends GC Lead

Michal Kwiatkowski (Omega Pharma-QuickStep) won by an overwhelming margin in today's 13.6 kilometer stage 3 individual time trial of the 2014 Volta ao Algarve in Portugal. Kwiatkowski won by 11 seconds over Team Movistar's Adriano Malori and finished 13 seconds faster than teammate World Time Trial Champion Tony Martin of Germany.
