The Dissector Wide Trail 3C/EXO/TR Tire by Maxxis are designed to be versatile and can take on the job of the front wheel, back, or they can be used as a pair, depending on conditions. Maxxis worked with top athletes to design a more robust rubber that minimizes drag while still keeping up with cornering control. The Dissector Wide Tires do just that, and they're protected with a Wide Trail casing that's optimized for 30-35mm rims. Maxxis constructed these tires with a 3C Maxx Terra compound, which offers more traction than the 3C Maxx Speed casing, but better treadwear and less rolling resistance than Maxxis' 3C Maxx Grip compound. We like these tires for a ride out on our favorite trails or for making our way across tumultuous terrain. And, as we can expect from Maxxis, the Dissector Wide Tires are burly enough to handle whatever we throw at them.
