Dumoulin Takes Sprint; Rodriguez Remains Overall Leader
Rodriguez set to become first Catalan-born winner in 27 years ahead of Catalan-born Xavier Tondo of Cervelo TestTeam.
France's Samuel Dumoulin took an uphill sprint victory in Stage 6 of the Tour of Catalunya on Saturday, while Joaquim Rodriguez of Spain kept the overall lead with a day's racing remaining.
Second behind Dumoulin in Barcelona's Montjuic Park was Cofidis teammate Rein Taaramae.
Rodriguez was third in the bunch sprint of some 60 riders and is close to becoming the first Catalan-born rider in 27 years to take Catalunya's biggest race.
