After seven years Operation Puerto comes to a conclusion - but at what cost?

The Spanish doctor at the heart of one of cycling's biggest doping scandals earlier today was found guilty of endangering public health and given a one-year suspended jail sentence in the Operation Puerto case.

Lance Armstrong will not do a tell-all interview under oath to help bring down the organized crime network, which helped facilitate his use of performance-enhancing drugs and which many believe is still deeply involved in today's pro cycling.
