Nairo Quintana has won the Tour de San Luis 2014 for Team Movistar. The Colombian rider was the strongest man in his first appearance in the one week stage race in Argentina.

Colombian Nairo Quintana takes first 2014 victory for Team Movistar and climbs into 2nd overall in Tour de San Luis behind Garmin-Sharp's Phillip Gaimon after offensive riding from foot of the Cerro El Amago climb.

German bike manufacturer Canyon Bicycles GmbH has revealed the three bike models which will be used by the Movistar Team in the 2014 season as a result of the deal between the two companies.

Joaquim Rodriguez (Katusha) finished second at 0:18, and Froome took third at 0:29. Froome is the maillot jaune and is poised to win the race when it ends in Paris tomorrow.
