Marianne Vos sprinted to victory in the 2014 La Course by Le Tour de France on Champs Elysees in Paris earlier today. Kirsten Wild finished second and Leah Kirchmann third.

Marianne Vos solidified her overall victory in the inaugural Friends Life Women's Tour by taking her third consecutive stage victory in the race - this time in Bury St Edmunds, Great Britain, outsprinting Giorgia Bronzini and Amy Pieters on Angel Hill.

22-year-old Pauline Ferrand Prévot of Team Rabo-LIV earlier today won the Women’s Flèche Wallonne (La Flèche Wallonne Féminine 2014). The 2010 world road race junior champion finished the Mur de Huy climb just one second ahead of second place finisher Lizzie Armitstead of Team Boels-Dolmans with Elisa Longo Borghini crossing the finish line in third, four seconds after Prévot.
