Sitting at the top of Pearl Izumi's new 'cold weather' collection, the P. R. O. Bib Tights were engineered to provide maximum protection from the elements. They were constructed using Izumi's new softshell fabric technology in order to ensure that you stay warm, dry, and comfortable out there in temperatures ranging from 0 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
