as a ?high probability?, EPO was taken to win the 1999 tour, would it not make sense to assume that the tests for the drug used from 2000 onwards would surely have also picked up traces in the following editions of the event? Are we to believe that between the 1999 and 2000 season, EPO became completely redundant and Armstrong was prepared on a new ?space-age? product?
I for one believe that we should do all we can to help eradicate the use of performance enhancing drugs from the sport but it must be done through the correct channels and through WADA ensuring that a strict protocol is applied across ALL athletes within ALL sports.
