Team CSC's Fabrizio Guidi took his second victory in just over a week, when he won the 210-kilometer second stage of the Tour of Denmark by beating Tom Steels and Stefan van Dijck in the bunch sprint in Aarhus. This also lead to Guidi capturing the yellow leader's jersey from yesterday's stage winner Stuart O'Grady.

?I could see the others started the sprint too early, and I took advantage of that, after Jens Voigt had positioned me perfectly. I?m happy to win again so soon after my victory last week, cause I really feel, I have some catching up to do, after my spring season failed miserably because of an injury. I have good legs at the moment, but I?m not sure if that?s enough for an all over victory. However, the most important thing is, that it?s someone from the team, who wins. Tomorrow morning is a tough stage, which is potentially decisive,? said a happy Fabrizio Guidi after today?s stage.

Guidi won Tour of Denmark in 1996 ahead of the now retired rider Rolf S?rensen and his current manager, Bjarne Riis, who was naturally very pleased with the day?s efforts from Team CSC.

?We tried to attack the peloton a bit on the hills, but there wasn?t any real opportunities for a big offensive move. But we?re not complaining since Guidi won a brilliant victory here in

Aarhus. The team did well for him ahead of the finish, and it?s really good to see, that he?s hit top form towards the last part of the season. Tomorrow will be exciting, and I think, we?ll get some opportunities in both stages,? CSC Team Manager Bjarne Riis told Roadcycling.com.
