the stage today, we were herded like cattle from the showers at the finish to the airport, onto the plane, flown to
Limoges and then taken to the hotel. It was a late night and there were a lot of grumpy riders when we finally got to the hotel.

The rest day was just an easy 2hr ride and a day in bed for me. I felt like I needed it after my workload from yesterday and the previous week. A few of the guys were out and about the city but my hotel room and some quality R&R was my only focus for the day. Hopefully, it?ll help get me through the next week...
