George Hincapie (U.S. Postal Service) has won the Three Days of De Panne.

George Hincapie (U.S. Postal Service) has won the Three Days of De Panne. The American finished third in the fourth and final stage, a 13.7-km individual time trial in De Panne. Laszlo Bodrogi (Quick Step) won the time trial in 16:37.17, and Robert Bartko (Rabobank) finished second at 0:00.41, with Hincapie taking third at 0:05.37.
