Vincenzo Nibali Interview
A year ago Vincenzo Nibali wowed everyone with a display of strength and character that secured him the overall win in the 2010 Vuelta a Espana and not least the famous "Roja" jersey. Less than 24 hours before the start of the 2011 Vuelta, Nibali - commonly referred to as the "Shark of the Strait" - says he's ready to secure a repeat victory in this year's final Grand Tour.
So there are some first-class riders and they'll make it a race of fierce competition. As far as I'm concerned, the key to winning the 2011 Vuelta a Espana is keeping a cool head. I don't want to feel too much pressure or sense that I must win. This is where the team supports me and they only ask me to give 100 percent, which is more or less the same as I did last year. Let's hope the final result this year is the same as it was last year."
