Andre Greipel Beats Rival Mark Cavendish Convincingly in Stage 10 of Tour de France 2011
German sprinter Andre Greipel won the 10th stage of the Tour de France earlier today, beating former teammate and current rival Mark Cavendish by a wheel's length in a dash to the line and capturing a leg of cycling's showcase race for the first time.
